This is an urgent appeal to reach the Middle East region with the Gospel at this time of uncertainty.
In the wake of Saturday 7th October, Hamas launched a wave of attacks over Israel with rockets. This has led to significant waves of violence and attacks on innocent lives not witnessed for decades in this region.
Thousands have been reported dead and many more injured. Israeli civilians, women, and children were among those dead, and some have been taken forcibly from their relatives. Infrastructures such as schools and healthcare facilities have been damaged by airstrikes and the number of casualties is on the rise. Many families are on the run, in fear for their own lives and their future.
God’s children must act now to send in the Gospel; the opportunity to reach out with the message that will bring permanent peace.
The Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is the surest help! Its transformative power can heal wounds, bridge divides, and restoration to a region in dire need of God’s touch of healing, and, the message of reconciliation. As believers, God has placed the responsibility in our hands, to share this life-changing message with love, respect, and a sense of urgency.
